Dallin is 4 months

Well my little man keeps growing up and is now 4 months old. He is starting to become really fun always laughing and smiling at Rick, Holly, and me. He is quite the social guy; loves to watch people. His favorite toy is the burp rag. He grabs it in both hands and loves to chew on it. He still hates riding in the car, but he is sleeping really well at night so I can't complain.

Hiking the Y

Last weekend we decided to hike Y mountain with the kids before it got too cold. Our friends, the Madsens came with us. We made it, even though I am out of shape. Rick carried Holly in a back carrier and I carried Dallin in a front carrier. It was really fun and tiring.

Dallin's 1st Laugh

Rick got Dallin laughing during his bath yesterday for the 1st time. I thought that it was so cute that I had to share.

Holly's 1st BYU football game

Rick got 2 tickets for the BYU vs. Washington game from a friend at school, so we thought that it would be fun for him to take Holly. They had a great time. Rick said that Holly's favorite thing was the marching band; we might have another generation of marchers in our household. It was a great game, BYU won 23-17. Rick and Holly came home with these great looking visors that came with the tickets. Holly had such a great time that this morning she asked to see the Cougars play again! GO COUGARS!

Dallin is 3 months old

Dallin started smiling these last couple of weeks. I think that he has the cutest little smile. His whole face just lights up.

Dallin Russell's Baby Blessing

Dallin was blessed by his dad on August 1st 2010. Priesthood holders in the circle included Rick, Sugar Pop (Russ), Pop Pop (Bill), Bryce, and Mike.

One Month Old

Dallin is now 1 month old. I can't believe it. The last few weeks have been a little crazy but all in all he has been a wonderful baby. We found out pretty quickly that our little Dallin has a dairy allergy and has been put on soy formula by the pediatrician. He is doing well on the soy formula now that we have adjusted to it. He is doing really great, gaining weight and sleeping during the night. He is just a really sweet little guy. He really loves bath time and of course being held. Holly is such a good big sister and has been so helpful with Dallin. We are so blessed to have him in our family.
