Nap Time

Why would Holly sleep in that little old crib when she can have mom and dad's King Sized bed all to herself? Where are mom and dad you might ask? Well, they are taking turns sleeping in Holly's crib. Someone has to use it, right? :)

Holly and Pops

Holly loves to spend time with her Grandma and Grandpa. Grandpa came over one night to play with Holly. Little did I know that he was going to start teaching her the tricks of the trade. I mean I knew that it would happen I just didn't think that it would start this soon. I wonder whats next, am I going to find Holly cuddling with a hamer in her sleep! :)

Not so Happy Holly-Days

Ok I know that was a lame pun, but I just had to

do it! Holly got shots on Wednesday, and needless to say she was not happy. We had a rough night last night. She didn't sleep well at all, so that means Mom didn't sleep well either. We are back to our happy self this afternoon though. What's with these parents that take pictures of their child crying :)

Holly's Nursery

Well since Holly came a month early we didn't have the nursery done before she was born. Thanks to Rick having 4 weeks off of work and Grandma and Grandpa Sykes we were able to get it done. I just love the way that it turned out. It is my favorite room in the house. It all started when I found the bedding on ebay and just had to have it. The rest of the room came together with gifts from family and Craig's List. As you can see Holly loves her room as well.

Holly and Daddy Bonding

I thought that these moments with Daddy were just to cute to not take pictures. The first one is Daddy holding Holly trying to calm her down while out to eat. The second one is when Rick was trying to watch Sports Center and Holly wanted to be with him, and the third is Holly spending time with Daddy while he played computer games. Don't Daddy and Holly have so much fun together.

We are having so much fun with our little Holly. She just loves her Daddy. We have a little camera system going right now...Rick talks and makes faces at Holly and I try and get all of her cute little smiles in picture. This is what we have so far.
